1. Functional fabric: ① Outer fabric: Highly durable100% nylon fabric, scratch and wear resistance, matt coloring, fluorine-free environmentally friendly water repellent coating, long-lasting water repellent. ② Insulation material: Thinsulate® KL insulation material is a high fluffiness, soft and comfortable material developed by 3M. It has excellent insulation performance, moisture resistance and breathability. Its water absorption rate does not exceed 1% of its own weight, and it can still maintain good insulation performance in humid environments. It can be washed with water and meets the safety level of infant and toddler products. ③ Lining: The lining is made of 100% ultra lightweight and breathable fabric, which is skin friendly, comfortable, and not stuffy. 2. Ergonomic design: Because most of the organs are on in the upper body, it is necessary to maintain the temperature for organs to work in extreme environments. Therefore, 150g high insulation material is used for the body area to ensure the warmth; while the arm needs flexibility during movement, so 100g insulation material is used on sleeves. 3. The hem and cuffs are made in shrink design, effectively preventing wind from getting in and improving insulation performance. 4. The hood is designed with adjustment system. User can adjust the size of the brim opening and the size of the hat circumference whenever needed.
